CSS "background" image

I want to make this image a link. I'm not sure how to do so, hence it's CSS, and I'm not really good at this. This a "background" image, I guess. Although it's not the background of the myspace page. (Link)

Ahh, sorry. I might not have been clear. I need the code in CSS, not BBcode. I'm not sure if this is possible, because its a "background" image.

I think the URL parameter is usually used to indicate the source of the image, not the target of an image link. I don't think background images can be linked, although perhaps there is another way to do what you are trying to do...
