Terrorball, the Support Forums are for Administrators - meaning everyone here has a forum of their own. You need to advertise your forum elsewhere if you're looking for users.

No problem. It's just something you should be aware of, eg don't expect a sudden influx of new users. The Support Forum is basically just for Administrators to learn about new updates, offer suggestions for improvements or generally just deal with forum administration issues.
You can showcase your forum here but if you want new users you're better off spamming other forums (not Forumwise ones) or joining - in your case - a football webring
