Please read the Support Forum TOS. They can be found here:

http://support.forumwise.com/support-thread9.html

These aren't suggestions. Please follow them.

Next, please read the FAQ's, Userguides and How To's. They can be found here:

http://support.forumwise.com/support-forum-1.html

Most of the time the answers are in there. Check them before requesting support.

I'm tired of making these requests. If I should run across a post that doesn't conform to these requirements I'm going to assume that you didn't need help. If, in fact, you do need help you need to fix the post so it conforms. I ask all regulars here, you know who you are, to adhere to this request. You don't have to if you don't wish to. I'm only seeking to make the Forumwise Support Forums as informative as possible for those who do search the forums for answers. Not everyone on Forumwise is from an English speaking country. Not everyone understands "text speak" for instance.

Thanks.

CM Cool

Amen. Might also add if I may ChickenMan, that this is the ForumWise News and Support Forum intended to be used by Forum Administrators. Moderators often post in the Support Forum but are without the authorization to inact any of the recommended setting changes that may be required to correct a given issue, the Forum's Administrator should be the individual seeking corrective measures here and not members or Moderators. I see alot of threads here pleading for everyone to please join this Forum or that Forum. Administrators typically if they are building and growing their own Forums do not have the time to join and be active on boards other than their own, and membership at any site simply for the sake of numbers is without value. There are far more effective ways to gain membership than using the Support area as an attempt to facilitate it. And finally, always include the URL to your Forum in all support threads.
