Your forum needs a lot of work. You have 5 forums. 4 of them are for polls. There's little substance as of right now. There's really no need for another admin or moderators considering there's only you and 1 other member. I would suggest you make a decision on what your forum is going to focus on and go with that idea. Setting up the portal would be a big help too.
