how do I typ or add something
that sentences/words can be clickable and it opens new tab (new site)

like this:

if I click " click me " it opens new tab.../new site like that..

AND

how do I put a Navigation Bar like this site:
THE BLUE ONE
The HOME FORUM REGISTER SERVER 1 SERVER 2 DONATION like that???
please I must have it..!!!

That's a Flash generated menu. I don't know where it was developed. You will either need to learn how to use Flash design software or search the web for any free Flash menus. If they exist.
