Title: YouTube Resize Paramaters & YouTube-Align-BBCode

Description: Like with swfs, the ability to set the dimensions of the YouTube video. As the title says, also the ability to align the YouTube videos.

Reason: We can then put small ones in our sigs. We could put a couple of mini videos into one post or sig and align them out of the way for presentational effect.

Additional Notes: Don't forget to set a hard coded maximum dimension!

Actually, for ease you could set a predefined dimension choice of 'small', 'medium' and 'normal'.
