Strange box appearing when I first go to site

Its the same kind of box that shows when I put my mouse over my clock- but this box is appearing each time I open my site or refresh my page. Thanks - Buddy -

Any suggestions? Because it just started happening today. And it is just my site- doesn't show on this support forum- Thanks Buddy

I see the same version that I see when I run the mouse over my clock. But, this box is just there when I open my site and the wording is slightly different as I wrote in the first post. Buddy

Also it just stays on my portal page- and when I scroll it stays in the same place.

Try removing different active features from your portal custom HTML, to see if it's possible to isolate the component responsible, then go from there...

I removed the only image added before this occurrence and it is still there. Should I try removing each item that I have, as I have not rearranged or modified them? Buddy

Yes. Save your custom HTML locally, and try removing the entire contents of each of the modules to see if you can narrow it down...

Well I found the problem it was my missing children image- not sure why since I have had it a long time- I am going to try to rearrange a few codes to see if I can put it back. Thanks for all the advice. - Buddy -
