I'll offer anyone that is willing to post my forums link on thier site with a link to your forums on my site. If your site ends up bring in a lot of people to my site, I will consider making a global announcment about your site on mine.

you've got more rules than members.
Perhaps you could start by trying to attract users rather than telling them what rules you have?

I posted the rules because of past experience with other free hostings I've tried. Once rules aren't followed, people get use to not following them, then it becomes chaos at some point and then you don't have a chance at a good site. Thanks for your concern thou about it.
