I have a member that is having trouble signing into my forum she has gone to forget password as she forgot it and it is telling her she needs to be reactivated but she is already activated and just wont let her sign in at all, is there any way i can get some help or advice.

Please have her try the password reset feature, to see if that can fix things:

Ask her to pass along the exact error message if she continues to have problems.

nope she is still having trouble... she says it says...

"You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password"
