It's looking good! You need to slow it down a bit though. It goes too fast and there is a lot of information to read in some places. I would ditch the top posters thing too. Visitors can see that on the main page. An intro page should be used to give a brief idea what the site is about. Have you looked at mine? It's short, to the point and gives an idea of what is coming up.

i'd recommend losing half of the things you've got written on it and slow it down as Chickenman says.

its decent yes it needs 2 be slowed down but that can be sorted later other than that it rocks

look to the top of your source code... where it says:

var intervals=2000

Not sure if this will work but change:
Code:
var intervals=2000

into
Code:
var intervals=3500


And it will slow it down a bit.
