Please review the following information if you are having password problems with your forum:
If you have never logged-into your forum, go to step 0...
If you lost your password, go to step 1...

Never Got Your Password?
- 0. You never got your initial password after creating your forum. Did you check your Spam/Mass Mail folders? If you haven't checked there, please check them now. If you still can't find it within 24 hours of creating your account, please let us know your email address in a post that mentions you need your 1st password.

Lost My Password
- 1. You forgot your password. Did you check your email records for your password? Since all new passwords are emailed to you, you should be able to find it in your email history, be sure to check the spam folders if needed. If no luck, then go to step #2.
- 2. If you forgot your password and lost your email records of your password, then it's time to try the password reminder. Did you use the password reminder yet? If not, please try it:
yourforum.forumwise.com/profile.php?mode=sendpassword
You should be able to have a new password sent to your email. Be sure to check the spam folders if needed. If you can't find the new password in any of your email folders within 24 hours, go to step #3.
- 3. If the password reminder email isn't getting to you, the only hope is to try a different email address. Please make a thread in the support forum indicating that you lost your password, and have tried the reminder and would like to change your email address, include the new email address.
Remember, for best support, please create a new thread for your support issue.
